Delivery Information

Shipping time

  • Once your order has been processed we aim to send it out within 5 working days
  • Most of our couriers provide a 3-5 working day delivery schedule (please note that once your lamp has been shipped we too rely on the courier company to deliver within their quoted timeframe)

Shipping costs

  • Free delivery on all lighting

International shipping

  • We currently only ship within the UK

Requirements of the customer

  • All deliveries will require a signature

Additional information

  • Failed delivery attempts. If a purchase is returned to us by the courier due to a failure in the delivery not being accepted/signed for, we will arrange for the shipping to be rearranged.  The cost of this redeliver must be paid in full prior to shipping
  • If the packaging arrives damaged:
  • Please check the contents before contacting us. We do package them up securely so no lamp damage should occur
  • If damage unfortunately occurs during transit clearly photograph the damaged area, we will require a minimum of three clear photos of the damage). A photograph of the damaged packaging clearly showing the delivery label is required as well
  • Send your photographs along with your details to us at info@photonbespokelighting.co.uk
  • Once we have reviewed photographs we will get in touch with you

Sustainability

The environment is really important to us and in order to be as sustainable as possible we try and reuse as much packaging as we can.  This means your purchase may not be delivered in a brand new box.  Rest assured it will be packaged safely and securely.

 

Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a unique handmade product from Photon Bespoke Lighting. We’re sorry that you would like a refund on your purchase.

The following criteria needs to be met in order to be eligible for a refund:

  • Please email us at info@photonbespokelighting.co.uk and let us know why you are requesting a refund
  • Return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase
  • The product must be packaged safely and securely and returned in exactly the same condition you received it and undamaged in any way. To help you with this, we recommend the original packing is kept should a return be necessary
  • The cost of the return postage will not be refunded nor is any additionally purchased packing if the original packing is thrown away
  • All lamps are checked prior to dispatching them. In the unlikely event your product has a fault we may ask you to email showing the issue to help process your refund more efficiently

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund where applicable. The cost will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.  Once a refund has been actioned we’ll drop you an email confirming this.  Payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.

If on return the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase you will not be eligible for a refund.
